Roles & Responsibilities :

• Sourcing business through open market through different channels. Achieve 100% target month on month without compromising the file quality.
• Meet prospective customers, builders and generate business.
• Generate leads by conducting various Sales & Marketing activities / events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
• Support the branch in achieving other targets such as growth, Document quality, NPA etc.,
• Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan. Work closely with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
