- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our products or services
- Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly
