      • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
      • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
      • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
      • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
      • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
      • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
      • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
      • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
      • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
      • Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
      • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
      • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
      • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
      • Collaborating with the respective social media & Marketing Team to ensure that StudyMEDIC’s marketing materials reaching to its targeted students & to generate leads, circulate the course / products flyers via CRM, WhatsApp & other Social Medias managed by StudyMEDIC.
      • StudyMEDIC’s Sales & Post Sales Standard Operating Protocol (SOP) shall be adhered at all times.
