As a Trainee Engineer, candidates will have the opportunity to work on various technologies and platforms such as .Net Core, Fortran, Tekla, Angular JS, React, SQL-PL-SQL, Oracle, Dot.Net, BI, CRM, SAP, MS, DELLBOOMI, and more. They need to be flexible enough about the technology / domain.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering /technology with Specialisation in IT/CS/Civil/Mechanical – 2023/2024 pass outs and who ready for immediate joining
Essentials Skills :
• Programming Languages: C, C++, C#, .Net Core, JavaScript (Angular, React), SQL, PL-SQL.
• Software Development: MVC, SDLC, sound programming knowledge, and the ability to design software.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Good communication
Good to have / must have skills in any of the following areas:
- Steel/Metal Structures, Structural Engineering: Expertise in designing and working with steel/metal structures, along with knowledge of structural engineering principles.
- Engineering Drawings: Proficient in creating and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Scientific and Engineering Programming: Proficiency in any programming language used for scientific and engineering applications.
- Front-End Web Development: Skills in Angular, React, and .Net Core for front-end web development.
- Web Development with JS/Angular/UI5: Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, and SAPUI5 for web development.
- Dell Boomi with SQL: Integration platform (Dell Boomi) coupled with SQL for database interactions.
- QA Manual/Automation: Quality Assurance, involving both manual and automated testing processes.
- Programming Languages and OOPs: Skills in C, C++, Object-Oriented Programming, .Net, and SQL for database management.
- SAP ABAP+UI5+Fiori: SAP development skills including ABAP, UI5, and Fiori.
- SAP Functional: Expertise in functional aspects of SAP ERP system.
- Databases/Data Analysis: Proficiency in SQL, PL-SQL, Oracle databases, and skills related to data analysis.
Additional Skills for Civil or Mechanical Engineering Candidates:
- Pre-Engineering Building (PEB)/Structural Designing/Steel Building Structures: Sound knowledge in these areas.
- Geometry and Mathematical Calculations: Proficiency in geometry and mathematical calculations.
- CAD/CAM: Practical experience and proficiency in using CAD/CAM or other relevant designing software tools.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in the context of Civil or Mechanical Engineering challenges.
- Technology Adaptation: Ability to quickly adapt to and embrace new technologies relevant to Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Service agreement:
- Upon joining, candidates are required to commit to a service agreement lasting for a duration of 2 years from the date of commencement of their employment and if candidate breaks it there is a compensation amount to be paid to company.

Remuneration/Package Offered:
- Initial 3 to 4 months training with a stipend of Rs.7,000/- to Rs.10,000/- per month.
- After training, successful candidates securing 75% or more marks in training and fitting into company criteria will be offered a package in the range of 3 to 5 LPA CTC. CTC also varies depends on technology, domain, and candidate skill sets of a candidate.
