    • Holiday Planning: Meeting customers for facilitating holiday bookings and eventually collecting AAC / ASF.
    • Collection :Meeting customers through field visits and collection of overdue EMIs and ASF / AAC
    • Retention: Meeting customers who have sent a cancelation request, resolve their issues and retain them.
    • Relationship Building Calls & Attending Branch Walk ins
    • Revenue Enhancement: Relationship building and increasing revenue by way of foreclosures and payment plan change.
    • Generating Referrals: Post-holiday calls are made to obtain member feedback and generate referrals and leads.

Reports to be prepared:

  • Daily ASF / AAC MIS & EMI collection MIS
  • Weekly Customer Visits Tracker.
  • A valid two wheeler driving license and two wheeler must.

Willing to go for customer visits & meetings.
