Purpose of the Role

The incumbent will be part of the Corporate Solution Group which cater B2B product lines including Group Term Insurance, Pension, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Annuity and comprise of various Employee Benefit propositions for Corporates. The incumbent will get direct exposure with corporate clients and expected to drive Institutional Sales generally based out at Metro cities across the country.

 

Face of the company for the large corporates and Service Providers for business problems and create new business opportunities in institutional domain. She / He would also play the role of a communicator/bridge between the Corporate clients and company and act a single point contact with Corporate houses to manage Day to day activities. The incumbent would also work in collaboration with internal depts. such as Business Solutions Group, Information Technology, Actuaries, Sales Strategy and other Departments in SUD Life.

 

 

Position Details

Responsibilities

  1. Building relationship with the corporates from diverse industries to expand the group business portfolio of SUD Life. Identifying corporates in the given region, engaging with senior management to get potential business
  2. Selling insurance products like group retirement benefits, group leave encashment, group term-life solutions to the corporates.
  3. Developing various strategies to tap potential corporates viz. private, government and MNCs. Identify and create database of new-age, untapped, sun rise industries should be the focus area. 
  4. Responsible for entire sales life cycle which includes proposal making, documentation, commercial discussion, technology enablement etc.
  5. Coordination with internal departments like actuarial, operations, marketing etc. to ensure smooth customer service
  6. Continued engagement with existing clients for a long term relationship with SUD Life

Education

MBA from reputed collage, preferably 1-4 years of experience in account management and project role.
