Roles & Responsibilities:
· Making/Doing cold calls and Lead generation targeting B2B clients in the IT sector - 100-150 calls per day.
· Generate and manage new leads, setting meetings with prospective U.S. clients.
· Drive the entire business development process from initial call through to closure.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners across all levels.
· Contribute to the client base expansion and maintain business performance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor's/Master's in Business, HR, or related field.
· Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Proven sales track record.
Shift Timings : 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Working Days: 5 days a week, Sat/Sun off
