Accounts Executive

Job Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and have  2 years of experience in accounting or a related field. This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing support for various accounting functions. 

• Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
• Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Experience in raising E invoices and accounting purchases in Tally Prime
• Provide support during audits and assist in implementing audit recommendations
• Assist in preparing stock reports to be submitted to banker on monthly basis
