Job Description: Sales Executive (Fresher / 0–2 Years)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and networking.

Present and promote products or services to potential customers.

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling

Ability to work under targets and deadlines
