Job Description: Business Analyst – Sales Requirements (Fresher / 0–2 Years)
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support sales requirement analysis and process improvement. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to understand business needs, document requirements, and assist in delivering effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze sales requirements through discussions with stakeholders.
Prepare clear documentation such as BRD, FRD, and user stories.
Assist in mapping current sales processes and identifying improvement areas.
Support CRM-related activities (lead tracking, pipeline management, reporting).
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
Perform basic data analysis to track sales performance and generate insights.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collect user feedback.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
