Responsibilities

 

Identify methods to generate leads and inquiries.
Pursue new/existing clients by calling to propose the products.
Create an effective pipeline of customers through the assigned leads.
Do market research for best Tele-Sales performance. Job specification:
Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of the products.
Answering calls and resolving queries about products or companies.
Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our Sales group for closing.
Maintains operations by following policies methodology and functional changes.
Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization.
Keep a track of all associations and plan promotional activities.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
File all the Records as per the filing and documentation procedure.
Product knowledge of all products.

 

Requirements

 

Qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation
Personality traits: Achievement Orientation, Assertive, Analytic & Amiable.
Skills: Good Communication, Prospecting, Active Listening, Time Management, MS Office, Business Acumen
