  • Should have experience of IT Recruiter.
  • Prepare the Recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate portals.
  • Source and Recruit candidate by using databases, Social media etc.
  • Screen Candidate’s resumes and job applications
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Onboard New employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
  • Manage the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 Years of IT Recruitment/Domestic Staffing experience(Contract to Hire)
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Decision making Skills.
  • Familiarity with the latest technologies.
  • Strong ability to interact with the candidates.
  • Hands-on experience with MS- Office.
