Job Summary
- Perform accurate coding for all surgical procedures across specialties (Cardiac, Neuro, Urology, Orthopedics, etc.).
- Apply CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes based on operative reports and clinical documentation.
- Review and validate modifiers as per payer and NCCI guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with AAPC/AHIMA standards and client-specific policies.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy as per SLA.
- Strong knowledge of surgical coding guidelines.
- Good command of modifiers and procedure coding (1 to 6 series).
- Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and surgical terminology.
