Job Description:

• Review medical records and assign accurate codes as per training.
• Learn and apply ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes under supervision.
• Maintain coding quality and productivity as per team standards.
• Participate in internal training sessions and QA feedback reviews.
• Support coding team in data validation and audits.

Requirements:

• CPC / COC / CIC / CCS certification completed.
• Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Basic knowledge of coding guidelines and healthcare documentation.
