Job Description:

• Review ED records and assign accurate CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Ensure correct Evaluation & Management (E&M) level assignment.
• Validate medical necessity and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Maintain high productivity and accuracy levels per project requirements.
• Keep up to date with changes in coding guidelines and payer policies.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of E&M guidelines and ED-specific coding.
• Proficiency in I&I (Injections & Infusions) coding.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
