Relationship Manager – Customer Experience & Operations
Location: Pune - Maharashtra

At Solar Square, customers don’t just buy solar panels — they place long-term trust in us. The Relationship Manager (RM) is the single owner of that trust.
This is a customer ownership role, not a call-center job.
As a Relationship Manager, you will manage a portfolio of customers after installation and be their single point of contact across the entire lifecycle — commissioning, first solar bill, maintenance, and long-term support. You will proactively communicate milestones, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Installation, Quality & Safety, DISCOM coordination, and Maintenance.
Your role is to ensure that customers always feel informed, supported, and confident in their decision to choose Solar Square.
You will use internal platforms and tools to track progress, identify risks early, and prevent escalations before they happen. Over time, you will also enable AMC renewals, trigger referrals, and help strengthen Solar Square’s reputation within customer communities.
