Job Summary
- Create, maintain, and automate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for IT Infrastructure operations
- Develop dashboards for server health, application uptime, SLA adherence, ticket volumes, and resource utilization
- Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews and governance meetings
- Analyze large datasets using Excel and Power BI to identify trends and insights
- Monitor Service Desk KPIs (SLA, MTTR, FTF, backlog)
- Coordinate with L1/L2/L3 teams for daily operational activities
- Track server patching, backups, incidents, changes, and compliance reports
- Maintain SOPs, process workflows, and runbooks
- Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking IT infrastructure projects
- Maintain project trackers and RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Coordinate customer meetings, MOM preparation, follow-ups, and timeline tracking
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and documentation
- Coordinate with Network, Server, Cloud, Security, and Service Desk teams
- Act as a communication bridge between technical teams, management, and vendors
- Prepare and circulate MOMs, status updates, and summary reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication

We are looking for a proactive IT Operations & Project Coordination professional to support IT Infrastructure operations, MIS reporting, and project coordination. This role involves close collaboration with technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.
Eligibility
Education: Graduate / Diploma
Certifications (Preferred): ITIL, PMP
Experience:
Minimum 1+ year in IT operations / coordination
Preferred exposure to IT services or infrastructure environments
