Job Summary

  • Key responsibilities:-

    • Identifying new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach. 
    • Building trust with clients, understanding their needs, and acting as the main point of contact. 
    • Presenting products, conducting demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. 
    • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and maintaining performance through CRM software and regular reporting. 
    • Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. 
    • Checking in with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 
    • Working with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a positive client experience.

    • Any graduate fresher or experience can apply
    • Candidates with experience in construction related product sales  will be preferred.
    • For Manager position, candidate should have relevant experience and should know how to deal with Government department and should have knowledge of RCC precast Concreate products.
