Job Summary
- Identifying new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Building trust with clients, understanding their needs, and acting as the main point of contact.
- Presenting products, conducting demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and maintaining performance through CRM software and regular reporting.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Checking in with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Working with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a positive client experience.
