• Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and other financial records
• Support the finance team during audits and compliance checks
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
