Job Position: Assistant Revenue Assurance.
Location: Palakkad
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and revenue leakage.
Prepare and present reports on revenue performance metrics.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize billing processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
Recommend and implement solutions to enhance revenue assurance practices.
Audit and Compliance:
Conduct regular audits of billing and revenue processes to ensure accuracy.
Assist in the development and maintenance of revenue assurance policies and procedures.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve revenue-related issues ly.
Liaise with internal departments to address discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
Reporting:
Generate and distribute regular reports on revenue assurance findings to management.
Monitor and track KPIs related to revenue performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in revenue assurance, finance, or accounting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
