Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our products or services. - Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and understanding customer needs. - Maintain and update customer database with accurate information. - Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation. - Handle customer inquiries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation. - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving telemarketing scripts and processes.
