The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and have 0 to 2 years of experience in the accounting field. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and supporting the finance team in various accounting tasks. • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
• Prepare and process financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Support the finance team during audits and tax filings
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable activities
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
