Job Summary

Business Development: Identify and penetrate new industrial accounts in sectors such as cement, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Power, and Textiles within Central/North Gujarat.

Technical Consultation: Conduct site visits to understand client machinery issues; recommend specific SKF bearings or Molykote lubricants to improve equipment reliability.

Product Demos: Perform technical presentations and product demonstrations to maintenance and procurement heads.

Sales Lifecycle: Manage the entire process from lead generation and quoting to negotiation and payment collection.

Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly market feedback on competitor activity and price trends.

Education: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) or Diploma in Engineering.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales (experience with bearings, lubricants, or power transmission products is highly preferred).

Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the industrial landscape in Ahmedabad, Mehsana, Sanand, and surrounding GIDC areas.

Language: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory (60-70% field time).
