Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive – Fibernet to promote and sell broadband/fibernet services to customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers directly, and achieving sales targets.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Direct Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers (residential & business)
Promote fibernet/broadband plans and explain benefits
Generate leads through field visits, references, and local activities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with installation team for smooth onboarding
Maintain customer database and follow-ups
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in field sales / direct sales
Experience in telecom / broadband / DTH / FMCG is a plus
Good communication and convincing skills
Willingness to travel locally
Two-wheeler & valid license preferred
Target-oriented and self-motivated
