About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer Intern to assist our IT team in managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the organization’s technical infrastructure. This role offers hands‑on exposure to hardware, software, networking, and user support in a real-time work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and software applications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to network connectivity, email, VPN, and system access.
• Support the IT team in monitoring and maintaining servers, network devices, and security tools.
• Handle user account management, including password resets and access setup.
• Document IT issues, resolutions, and update internal knowledge base.
• Assist with inventory management of IT assets and equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and customer support skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow technical instructions.
