 Job Overview

We are urgently hiring Sales Executives (Freshers) to promote our cooperative financial services. The job requires visiting establishments & offices, markets, stores, residences, etc., to promote awareness about the cooperative savings and deposit plans, retain and follow-up with the potential customers and increase the member base in the society. If you are energetic, confident, and looking to start your career in sales, this is a great opportunity.

 Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customer and promote awareness among them about the cooperative schemes’ benefits
• Function as a First Introducer of the member to the society and sell financial products, like savings and fixed deposit plans
• Explain product benefits, policies, and procedures clearly
• Achieve monthly and yearly targets
• Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups
• Conduct field visits and meetings to expand customer base
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support

 

 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (any stream)
• Freshers can apply
• Good communication skills
• This is a field job and the executives must be energetic, optimising, and willing to work in the field sales

 Salary & Benefits

• �8,000 – �18,000 per month (for freshers)
• Target completion incentives
• Performance bonus

 Working Hours

• 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Field flexibility required
