Job Highlights: The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow in the area of ERP system. As an Associate – Application Support, you will be responsible for implementation of ERP system and data structuring, providing user support. You will also be responsible for learning and becoming proficient in our company ERP systems, and working with our team to optimize its usage and functionality.

Job Details:

 Any Graduate in Bachelor’s degree with a demonstrated interest in IT industry.

 Candidate should have excellent skill set in MS Excel.

 Monitor the data/MIS performance and implement necessary upgrades.

 Assist in the implementation of ERP systems

 Learn and become proficient in the company ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration of Data with the applications.

 Work with our team to optimize the usage and functionality of the ERP system.

 Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with Technical team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload.

 Communicate with Management for process engineering and upgrades for ease of work and time management of team and project deadlines.

 Update and maintain internal/external database.

 Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

 Customer service communication and interaction.

 Travel.
