Job Summary

  • Job Summary - We are looking for motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our HVAC 
    Design & Development team. This role is designed to provide structured training and hands-on 
    exposure to engineering practices, CAD tools, and project workflows. GETs will work under the 
    guidance of senior engineers to learn HVAC design fundamentals, estimation techniques, and 
    industry standards. 
    Key Responsibilities
    · Assist in preparing HVAC design calculations, duct layouts, and equipment sizing
    · Support CAD modeling and drawing using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit MEP
    · Participate in digital takeoff and estimation exercises using Plants / On-Screen Takeoff 
    · Learn and apply ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards in project work 
    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design reviews and documentation
    · Prepare basic reports and presentations for internal training and client updates
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    · Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (recent graduate) 
    · Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and HVAC basics 
    · Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo) 
    · Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
    · Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies 
    · Good communication skills – ability to clearly present ideas, interact with teams, and 
    support client discussions
