We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Assurance (QA) candidate to ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing work, identifying errors, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with team members to improve overall process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Review and verify project deliverables for quality and accuracy.

· Identify errors, inconsistencies, and process deviations.

· Ensure compliance with company quality standards and client requirements.

· Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation.

· Coordinate with production/development teams for corrections and improvements.

· Perform audits and re-audits as required.

· Monitor workflow and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

· Maintain confidentiality of project information and documents.

Required Skills

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Basic knowledge of QA processes and documentation.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work independently and within a team.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
