Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT & Networking Personnel to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, computer systems, network connectivity, and technical support operations. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, servers, internet connectivity, and network security while providing timely technical assistance to users. Key Responsibilities:

IT Support

· Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, scanners, and peripherals.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.

· Provide technical support to employees for IT-related problems.

· Install and update software applications and antivirus tools.

· Maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses.

Networking

· Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.

· Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.

· Ensure network security and data protection measures are implemented.

· Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and internet connectivity.

· Coordinate with internet service providers and vendors when required.

System Administration

· Monitor and maintain servers, backups, and user accounts.

· Manage email systems and access permissions.

· Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance.

· Ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are functioning properly.

Security & Compliance

· Implement cyber security best practices.

· Monitor unauthorized access and security threats.

· Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data.

· Ensure compliance with company IT policies.

Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain records of network configurations and IT support activities.

· Prepare technical reports and maintenance logs.

· Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions.

Required Skills

· Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.

· Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).

· Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
