      HR and Accounts Executive

      Role Overview

      This is a dual-function leadership role. The ideal candidate ensures the company's financial health by managing day-to-day accounting operations and supports business growth by building and retaining a high-performing workforce.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Human Resources (HR) Duties:

      Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

      Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee grievances, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

      Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits (e.g., insurance, retirement plans) and coordinate with accounting for payroll processing. Compliance: Ensure all company policies align with local, state, and federal employment laws.

      Accounting & Finance Duties:

      Financial Operations: Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

      Payroll Processing: Ensure the timely and accurate processing of monthly or bi-weekly payroll and timesheets.

      Qualifications & Requirements:

      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

      Experience: Minimum of 0–2 years of progressive experience in both HR and Accounting/Finance management. Hard Skills: Deep understanding of local labour laws, taxation, payroll processing, and financial reporting.

      Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence for conflict resolution, exceptional organizational skills, strict adherence to confidentiality.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
