Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and prospecting via LinkedIn or other platforms.Sales Execution: Handle inbound inquiries, pitch IT products/services, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions (e.g., software, SaaS, managed services).CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update leads, and maintain accurate sales pipelines.Sales Support: Coordinate with technical, marketing, or field sales teams to prepare quotes and ensure smooth delivery.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate technical value propositions clearly.Technical Familiarity: A basic understanding of IT products, software services, or SaaS models.
