Job Overview
We are hiring a Functional Associate for the Non-Finance module, ideal for fresh engineering graduates with a strong interest in ERP systems, especially SAP. Candidates should be B.E/B.Tech graduates (ECE, EEE, Civil, Mechanical) from the 2024, 2025, or 2026 batch, with a minimum of 60% throughout academics and no standing arrears.
The role involves supporting functional operations, assisting in SAP configuration and testing, documenting business processes, and coordinating with technical teams. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong foundation in computer basics and MS Office tools. Preference will be given to candidates with SAP knowledge or training.
This is a fresher opportunity with structured growth. Salary will be ₹15,000 CTC per month for the first 1 year 3 months, followed by ₹20,000 CTC per month for the next 1 year 3 months.
Work Location: Reddiyarpalayam, Puducherry.
Selection Process: Technical Written Test (2 hours), followed by Face-to-Face HR & Technical Interview.
