Job Description: Functional Analyst – Finance (Fresher)

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Functional Analysts in Finance.

Candidates with BBA, B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) graduating in 2024, 2025, or 2026 and with a minimum of 60% throughout academics (without standing arrears) are eligible.

The role involves supporting finance operations, analyzing accounting processes, and assisting in system implementations using tools such as Tally and SAP. Candidates should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, and reporting basics.

Good verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Selection will be based on a written technical test, followed by HR and technical interviews, and a final discussion with the management team.

This opportunity is ideal for freshers looking to build a career in finance and business systems.
