Job Type: Full-Time, Rotational Shifts, Rotational Week-Offs, 6 Days Working
About Us: We are a leading emergency service provider offering ambulances to hospitals and corporate clients. We ensure fast, efficient, and reliable service, responding to urgent medical needs in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to understand customer inquiries related to booking ambulances.
● Negotiate effectively with customers and ensure they choose our company for ambulance services.
● Provide clear information on ambulance availability, pricing, and service options.
● Achieve revenue targets by booking ambulances and closing sales over the phone.
● Manage customer relationships by providing excellent service and timely follow-ups.
● Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in the system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism.
● Target-driven with a focus on achieving sales and revenue goals.
● Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or emergency services sector.
● Knowledge of call handling software and CRM tools is a plus.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
● Comfortable working in rotational shifts and week-offs.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Prior experience in the emergency services, healthcare, or corporate services industry is a plus.
● Basic knowledge of ambulance booking processes or healthcare services is an advantage.
