Position - Customer Support Associate
Interview rounds - HR Round; Versant 5 Certified; Written Assessment; Ops Round; Client Round
Skillset - Excellent comms in both English and Hindi, No MTI or RTI, grammatical or pronunciation errors
Qualification - Graduate from any field
Experience - Freshers
Languages - English & Hindi (Mandate)
Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Assamese, Bengali,Oriya,Gujarati.
Salary - For fresher upto 25,000 CTC & for experience upto ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn)
Shift - Rotational Shift (Day shift for females until 8 PM; Rotational for males). 6 days of working.
Location - Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014.
Roles & responsibilities - Contacting and advising interested leads on appropriate insurance products. (Outbound LOB)
Interview mode - Face to Face
