Check the working status of all the cameras
If any NAS/DVR/NVR camera is not working, inform Venue Admin manager
Keep a track of total no. of cameras in the venue & no. of cameras required for exam as per center utilization
All the camera angles to be checked for entire coverage of the center areas including entry point, corridor, labs, server room, frisking area etc. under CCTV and there is no blind spot in the center
Ensure the naming convention for the camera is followed as per the guidelines
Ensure server is working & all cameras date and time are in sync with the server
Ensure NAS/NVR/DVR storage is working properly
Track the storage requirement & HDD/PD availability for exam
Check camera health monitoring at regular intervals
Camera lenses to be cleaned for dust and recording quality to be checked
Check if the DVR or cameras have been serviced recently if not get it checked on its performance
Alignment of cameras to be checked
