Job Overview

• Check if all CCTV cameras (All entry/ exit points including emergency exit) are working fine

• Perform mock prior to exam days to check system compatibility and project specific objectives at drive level. Filling & sharing Mock Test Use Case (MTUC) checklist with all concerned stakeholders on time

• Carry out incident analysis on regular basis (server level) to prepare plan to counter the deviations. Implementation of corrective & preventive actions to avoid recurrence. Generate relevant reports and share the same with concerned stakeholders

• Track and follow up on all actionable/open items as per Center Book

• Ensure that the observations given by the auditors are mitigated/ closed on time

• Ensure that all defects are recorded in the defect registers and calls are logged on time

• Ensure adherence to various SOPs

• Ensure that the basic discipline and TCS iON brand value are maintained at venue
