Job Summary

  • We are hiring NOC Executives to support our Telecom/network infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for 24x7 monitoring of network performance, troubleshooting technical issues, escalating faults, and ensuring minimal downtime.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor network alarms and performance via NMS tools.
    • Perform basic troubleshooting and raise incident tickets.
    • Coordinate with field engineers/vendors for fault resolution.
    • Maintain logs and shift handover reports.
    • Ensure SLA compliance and report generation
