Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.

• Promote and explain company financial products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.) to potential customers.

• Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into successful business deals.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Meet monthly sales targets and prepare daily/weekly reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions.

• Maintain professionalism and company standards during client interactions.
