As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including payroll and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.     • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters
    • Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and HR policies
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
    • Help organize and coordinate training and development programs for employees
    • Assist in employee relations and address employee queries and concerns
    • Participate in performance management and appraisal processes
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
