About the role:
We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who is willing to join our
team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring leads and generating revenue
through painting services for apartment complexes and societies.
Job Description:-
● Visit Societies to check for Painting Requirements.
● To conduct an Inspection and take Measurements of the Society Apartment Paintable area.
● Submit the Quote to the Society and do Negotiations for Closure
● Should search for Painting contractors in the city and to onboard the same with NBH.
● Ensure payment collections from society
● Lead Generation
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
● Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
● Minimum 1- 2 years in the Project sales division of a paint company
● Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability
● Decision-making skills
● Good at making presentations
● Language Required: English, Hindi & Regional language is mandatory

● Should be flexible for any 9-hour shift between 8 am to night 11 pm & 6 days
● Working with 1 day rotational off
