Job Summary
- Client Engagement & Strategy: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate complex business problems into measurable, AI-driven solutions and project scopes.
- Solution Design & Development: Design and implement AI models, algorithms, and data pipelines tailored to specific business needs, from proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to production-grade implementations.
- Technical Implementation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to deploy scalable solutions and ensure data quality and system integration.
- Guidance & Best Practices: Provide expert guidance on AI technologies, best practices, and implementation strategies, advocating for responsible and ethical AI practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
- Market Awareness: Stay current with the latest AI trends, research, and emerging technologies (such as GenAI and LLMs) to advise clients and contribute to internal practice-building efforts.
- Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python and R.
- Hands-on experience with ML/NLP frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly valued.
- Familiarity with data governance, AI ethics, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
