Salary : Upto 4.8 LPA plus Incentives ( International Process )

              Upto 4 LPA plus Incentives ( Domestic Process )

Job Role :

1.Reach out to NRI clients through telesales and effectively communicate the benefits of our insurance products.
2.Understand the insurance needs of NRI clients and provide suitable recommendations based on their requirements.
3.Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with NRI clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize up selling opportunities.
4.Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the NRI sales process.
5.Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about insurance policies.
6.Update customer details and interactions in the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and sales managers to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
7.Stay updated with insurance products, industry trends, and regulations to effectively serve NRI clients.
8.Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and code of conduct.
