JOB SUMMARY :

A Customer Relationship Executive plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the overall success of the organization. By building strong relationships and providing exceptional service, you will help the company retain existing customers and acquire new ones.

Working Days : 6 Days ( 2 and 4 Saturday off )

 

 

Salary : Upto 4 LPA plus Incentives ( 2.5 LPA min )

Job Role :

 

 

  • Proactively engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat.
  • Respond ly to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing product or service recommendations tailored to individual customer requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, complaints, or disputes in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to offer valuable insights to customers.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by providing product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers when appropriate.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
  • Share valuable customer insights with the product development and marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention rates to management.
  • Provide recommendations for improving customer relationship strategies.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and customer satisfaction targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve these goals.
