Academic Qualification: B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Skills required:

• Knowledge in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, HTML, Bootstrap
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of complex database

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Development
• Design and develop technical solutions to build new or enhance existing software in accordance with departmental development standards meeting business needs.
• Methodology involvement by continuous monitoring and improvement for better delivery
• Supporting initiatives to improve existing technology and tools used in the organization.
• Direct responsibility for all the training activities conducted under each area (regular training program, campus program, student projects).
• Activities include technical counseling, conducting classes, supervising, evaluations, training and mentoring junior trainees etc
