Junior Software Engineer – (Python Trainer)

Job Overview

Responsibilities:

The role involves complete ownership of all training activities conducted within the assigned functional areas, including regular training programs, campus engagement programs, and student project guidance. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high‑quality technical counseling, conducting instructor‑led sessions, preparing curriculum‑aligned learning materials, and supervising hands‑on practical sessions. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring consistent learning outcomes. The role also demands mentoring junior trainees, supporting them in gaining technical proficiency, and maintaining training standards. Coordination with academic institutions, managing project reviews, and ensuring timely completion of academic and real‑time projects are also key expectations.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in Core Python and frameworks such as Django and Flask is essential. Proficiency in developing GUI applications and working with relational databases like MySQL, SQL, or PostgreSQL is required.

Domains:

Exposure to Web Application Development, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.

Additional Experience:

Experience in project development or academic project guidance is mandatory.

Qualification:

B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc (Computer Science), or M.Tech.
