Data Analyst

Job Overview

Collect, clean, validate, and integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources.

Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using BI tools to track, monitor, and communicate key business metrics effectively.

Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies using statistical techniques to generate actionable insights supporting strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making.

Develop, optimize, and document SQL, Python, or R workflows for data extraction, transformation, automation, and reproducible analysis.

Partner with stakeholders, product, sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to translate business questions into analytical requirements.

Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and security by defining, testing, and enforcing standards, controls, and documentation.

Build predictive and descriptive models where appropriate, validate assumptions, and communicate limitations clearly to nontechnical audiences.

Perform ad hoc analyses, experiments, cohort analyses, and A/B tests to evaluate initiatives, campaigns, and process improvements.

Create clear, concise narratives, visualizations, and presentations that influence decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.

Continuously learn, mentor, and support analytics best practices.
