Job Summary
Service Provider’s Responsibilities:
· Service provider should ensure the resources are willing to work in Night shifts (US Shift) and should be flexible to work.
· Return to office (work from office mandatory) – therefore Bangalore based candidates ONLY.
· Exposure to US contact center preferable
· Rotational work week can be Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun
. Both ways Cab facility provided within radius.
Below skilled resources from time to time as appropriate
Contact Centre Operations, Customer support, Inbound and Outbound calls to US based candidates to screen them for client's hiring requirement. Recording outcome of the call on tool.
Excellent Comm skills
Be ready to work in US hours (Shifts varying from 5 PM IST to 7 AM IST)
Exposure to US contact centre preferable.
Work from Office is mandatory & Weekend working.
You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions. You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA's.
Support inbound sales through upselling or cross selling of products or services.
