About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Design & Production to join our team and lead product design, IMOS implementation in manufacturing unit.

This role requires an experienced professional with expertise in furniture design, production processes, technical drawings, IMOS implementation and product development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IMOS implementation across design, production, and quality processes

Develop and improve product designs and customized solutions based on customer requirements

Prepare and release production drawings and technical documentation

Coordinate with Architects, Project Teams, Engineering, Production & Installation teams

Drive process improvement and manufacturing efficiency initiatives

Develop SOPs and ensure adherence to design and production standards

Support integration of future-ready manufacturing technologies (5-axis CNC, Edge Banding, Barcode systems, SAP, Cefla)

Prepare BOM, BOQ, concept designs, and production calculations

Ensure product quality across raw material, production, dispatch, and installation stages

Mentor and develop the design team

What We’re Looking For

Technical Expertise:

Expertise in IMOS, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit

Preferred Qualifications

Qualification: B. E / Diploma / B.Sc (Mechanical Engineering)
